Sport Performance is an exciting opportunity, and an interactive experience where students will be able to deepen their understanding and take more ownership of their athletic development. Students will have the opportunity to physically train every week while pursuing their athletic, fitness, and wellness goals. The course also provides instruction in the areas of Sport Psychology, Nutrition, Leadership Fundamentals, Foundations of Training, and Athletic development. 

This is an excellent opportunity for students who may have an interest in careers connected to Kinesiology, Sport & Recreation Programming, Personal Training, Coaching, Sport Psychology or Nutrition, to name a few. By enrolling in this course, students will be able to significantly support their development and performance in their athletic endeavors.
